We are a full service Architecture firm that can provide whatever level of services our client desires. Our residential services include Design and Construction Documents for new construction, additions, and historic renovations. We can also provide structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for each of our projects. After the design is complete we provide Bidding and Negotiation services and a variety of Construction Administration services to guide our clients through the construction process. Our architects are supported by a full staff, proficient in the latest methods of production. They utilize state-of-the-art computer equipment, software, and 3-D design tools that achieve high quality results complimenting the level of service we offer. Each professional contributes a unique perspective to innovative and practical solutions which enhance our overall architectural quality. We have our own in- house costing program that was developed to help clients in the early programming phase understand the potential cost of a project before we draw the first line. During the last 30 years, we have designed many projects using “Our Team Approach” method of delivery successfully.
